Christine Carr from Kildare won the RILSA Intermediate Ranking 5 of the 2019-2020 season in a close encounter with newcomer Joanna Ward also from the county.

With the match at 1-1 in this best of 3, Joanna had chances to take the 3rd frame on the colours but it was Christine who potted blue to pink to secure the win.

Congratulations to Christine on her win and well done to Joanna on a fine performance.  Thanks to all the players for their participation and support.  Thanks to Bernie & Paul of Sharkx for all their support and providing excellent facilities.

Christine’s win puts her back into number 1 on the National Intermediate Rankings for the 3rd time.  Christine held number 1 in 2017 & 2018 until Valerie Maloney took the number 1 spot last year, a great achievement for Christine to take back the number 1 spot.

Joanna Ward’s first season with RILSA, see’s her take number 2 on the National Intermediate Rankings which is a great result for her.  3rd spot is Jennifer Earle’s after a great season for the Dublin youngster while Tina Keogh from Offaly hold’s number 4 on the Rankings.
