The 2nd Leinster Snooker Federation League Season commences at Sharkx Newbridge with teams representing Laois, Offaly, Carlow and Kildare.

Last years Leinster League was a great success and everyone really enjoyed the season with all matches played.

The Carlow team of Annette Newman & Dan Carroll will be hoping to retain the title for the second time as the matches get underway in earnest at Sharkx, also among the contenders are last years runners-up Morristown made up of John Dempsey & Richard Cullen and 3rd placed in the league the Portarlington team of Robbie & Tina Keogh who came close to taking runner-up place last time with only 7 points separating them from Morristown.

Other Teams in the mix are Cloneygowan (Offaly), Sharkx A & B Teams with Newbridge in for the first time.

Again it promises to be a great event played out over 26 weeks followed by a Cup event that will be played over 3 weeks at Sharkx Newbridge.

We wish all the teams a great season and most important that enjoyment is the key to the success of any event.  Thanks once again to Paul & Bernie of Sharkx for providing excellent playing facilities for the Leinster Snooker Federation Leagues.
