The Republic of Ireland Ladies Pool Association’s Junior Pool League continues at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge.
The girls participating are excited to be part of Female Cue Sports tour that see’s them try out Pool, Snooker Billiards along with playing they receive ongoing coaching from our team free of charge
Our development in the school programme over the past few years after covid-19 is really exciting and the numbers taking up pool in particular is staggering to say the least. Our School Academies and coaches are busy coming up to the end of term with their promotions at school
They are already planning for the start of the new term where we will have qualifiers from the schools along with our 16 girls on our Scholarship to take part in our U21 Pool, Snooker and Billiards Championships later in the year
The girls currently playing on the Junior Pool League are really enjoying the sport and having great fun.
We showed them the RILSA National Amateur Snooker Cup and they were inspired to someday get their name on it.
