Christine Carr from Kildare won her second 100 Up Billiards Championship Title recently at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge. Christine won the title for the first time in 2023 and is delighted to regain this title once more
In the knockout and timed event Annette Newman from Carlow and the current Champion got through to the semis after a good match against the young and up and coming player Natalia Trochonowicz from Kildare, Veronica Hallahan from Dublin had a good win over Brigid Mulvany from Dublin to meet Annette in the semis.
At the other end of the draw Christine Carr from Kildare got a bye into the semis while Joanna Ward from Kildare and Jackie Trulock battled it out in a close contest with Joanna taking the win on the alarm to go through to meet Christine and complete the semi final line up
Christine got the better of Joanna towards the final minutes scoring well to take the win on the alarm and a place once more in this Championship final on the other table it would also go to the wire between Annette and Veronica with Veronica taking the spoils on the alarm and her first ever 100 Up Billiards final
In the final both players kept it close towards the final 10 minutes when Christine took off with a few small breaks to take the win on the alarm

Congratulations to Christine on her win and regaining this title and well done to Veronica on her fine performance on the evening. Thanks to all the ladies for their support and participation. Thanks to Bernie, Paul and staff for their great support as always
