Tina Keogh from Offaly won the recent 6 Red Snooker Plate Competition at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge.

In the prelim round Tina Keogh from Offaly had a good win over Jackie Trulock from Dublin to advance to the semis while on the other table Stephanie Foley from Carlow took the win against newcomer to the tour, Veronica Hallahan to complete the semi final line up

Valerie Maloney from Laois kept it close all the way to the black ball against Stephanie to pip the win and reach the final.  Tina had to play well to overcome a comeback at the colours to take the win against Jennifer Earle from Dublin to meet Valerie in the final

In the final it would be Tina who would finish the stronger and take the win against Valerie on the colours

Congratulations to Tina on her win and well done to Valerie on a fine performance.  Thanks to all the girls for their participation and support.  Thanks to Bernie, Paul and staff of Sharkx for all their help and support
