Christine Carr from Kildare received her National Ranking Certificate from our President Annette Newman for having reached a top 4 in Female Cue Sports National Ranking events

We are presenting our player members with National Ranking Certificates as part of our 40th year celebrations and in doing so recognising these ladies for their commitment and dedication to Cue Sports

Our National Ranking Certificate incorporates both Amateur and Intermediate rankings in both Snooker and Billiards

On the Amateur Snooker Tour Christine reached number 4 in 2016 went to 3rd in 2017 and number 2 in Ireland in 2019. She held the number 3 spot in 2020, 2021 and 2025 a fantastic record for the Kildare woman

On the Intermediate Billiards Rankings Christine reached number 4 in 2018 and soon after went up to Amateur level

On the Intermediate Snooker Tour Christine reached number 2 in 2016 and with great results during the next two seasons on tour made it to number 1 in 2017 and held number 1 in 2018 just dropped to 2 in 2019 and back to number 1 in Ireland in 2020, dropped to 3rd in 2022 and was back to number 1 in 2024 and held the number 1 spot for a record 5th time in 2025 an amazing successful journey on the National Intermediate Snooker Tour

On the Amateur Billiards Tour Christine went to number 2 in her first season in 2016 and has remained the Irish number 2 in Amateur Billiards for 10 seasons in a row yet again an amazing achievement for her.  A record that will be very difficult to break in the future
