Delia Keane from Dublin won her first National Intermediate Snooker event title at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge recently after only a few months on tour.
In the prelim round Delia Keane from Dublin had a good win over Valerie Maloney from Laois to advance to the semis.
Delia then took on her daughter Savannah Keane in the semis and took the win to reach her first Intermediate snooker ranking final. On the other table Stephanie Foley from Carlow had a good win over Tina Keogh from Offaly to meet Delia in the final
In the final both players were neck in neck all the way to a black ball which Delia potted for frame and match and win her first Intermediate event title.
Congratulations to Delia on her win and well done to Stephanie on her runner up place, thanks to all the ladies for their support as always and to Bernie, Paul and staff of Sharkx for their continued support towards female snooker.
