Joanna Ward from Kildare won the recent 10 Red Snooker Plate Competition in the Celbridge Snooker Club
At the semi final stage of the event Joanna Ward from Kildare saw off a good challenge from Jackie Trulock from Dublin to take the frame needed on the pink ball for a place in the final. Jennifer Earle from Dublin also had a close match against Veronica Hallahan from Dublin but took the match on the pink ball to set up a meeting with Joanna in the Final
The final saw another close encounter with the match going all the way to a black ball finish with Joanna potting it for the win
