Louise Maher from Kilkenny won the 3rd National Intermediate Snooker Ranking event of the season at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge
In the Quarter Final stage of the event Stephanie Foley from Carlow went through to the semis after a good win over newcomer Savannah Keane from Dublin. Louise Maher booked her Semi final spot with a win over Jackie Trulock from Dublin and Elizabeth Lynch from Offaly saw off Valerie Maloney from Laois in their match with a good win to advance to the Semis. Newcomer Delia Keane from Dublin got a bye into the Semis
Louise continued her good form against Stephanie to take the win in the frame needed for a place in the final and Delia potted pink and black for frame against Elizabeth to make it through to her first final on tour
In the final Louise showed her experience and ran out the stronger in their match to take the win in the frame needed.
