As we are more than half way through the 2024-2025 season, the National Intermediate Snooker Tour Rankings has seen some interesting changes from last season

Christine Carr from Kildare is back in number 1 spot provisionally up from 12th last season, a great result for her and with only two events to go, Christine is well placed to hold the number 1 spot but she has to do well in the next two to secure it.  Stephanie Foley from Carlow and the current Irish Intermediate number 1 has dropped to 14th place on the provisional list, this is mainly due to been out of competition due to injury and we wish her well for the future.

Valerie Maloney from Laois is up to 2nd spot from 3rd last season which is great for her to keep in the top 4 by seasons end.  Jackie Trulock from Dublin was 4th last season and has dropped outside the top 8 down to 9th.  Joanna Ward from Kildare is back into the top 4 at 3rd place up from 5th.  Jennifer Earle from Dublin is just outside the top 8 down from 7th last season to 11th now but is very capable of making it back into the top 8 by seasons end.

Delia Keane from Dublin is holding 4th spot on the provisional list up from 6th last season and is improving all the time.  Grushenka Arnold remains in 8th spot and will have to play in the next two events in order to keep a top 8 spot.  Veronica Hallahan from Dublin is up to 7th spot from 9 last season and is going in the right direction as the tour progresses.  Savannah Keane from Dublin is up from 10th spot to 6th provisionally a good result for the youngster as she make progress on tour.

Louise Maher from Kilkenny is down from 11th spot to 15th place and is very capable of getting back into the top 8.  Megan Randle from Wicklow is down from 13th spot to 16th place provisionally and needs to play in the next two events to keep the former National Intermediate Champion in the top 16 and qualify for the Championship in 2025.

Emirjeta Doda from Dublin is just outside the top 16 at 17th spot down from 14th last season and again is very capable of qualifying for the Championship.  Elizabeth Lynch from Offaly has made great progress up from 15th spot to 5th so far and is the current National Intermediate Champion.  Jessica Beatty from Kildare has dropped outside the top 16 down to 18th from 16th spot but has a chance to get back into the top 16 with a number of events to play yet.

Lynda Curley from Offaly is provisionally 12th in her first season on tour and Qianhui Ye from Wicklow is 13th provisionally in her first season on the Intermediate Snooker Tour

We welcome all our newcomers to the tour and wish everyone the very best of luck  for the remainder of the season
