Stephanie Foley from Carlow finished the 2021 National Intermediate Billiards season as number 1. After two ranking wins during the season and two semi final places she took the number 1 spot away from Valerie Maloney from Laois who was number 1 for the past 3 seasons a great achievement in itself for Valerie who finished number 3 this year.
Number 2 spot goes to Jennifer Earle from Dublin who made great progress on the National Intermediate tour with a win and runner up spot taking her within 300 points of Stephanie while Valerie was only 200 points away from Jennifer, so a closely contested season overall. Tina Keogh from Offaly had a good season staying in the top 4 again after a season out from competition.
In 5th spot is Joanna Ward from Kildare who has turned amateur during the season after winning the 100 Up National Title in 2020 and newcomer Michelle French from Kildare sits in 6th spot while Roisin Beale also from Kildare holds 7th place with Lauren Carley from Carlow in 8th
Congratulations to Stephanie on taking the number 1 spot and well done to Jennifer on a fine performance in second place. Thanks to all the girls for their support and we wish them all the very best in the upcoming National Intermediate Billiards Championship
