Stephanie Foley from Carlow won the second Intermediate Billiards Ranking event of the season and in doing so makes it two wins in a row
This round robin timed event was played over 5 sessions
Session 1 saw Delia Keane from Dublin take on Veronica Hallahan also from Dublin in a close but low scoring match with Delia taking the win on the alarm 39-26. Jackie Trulock from Dublin had a close match also against Savannah Keane from Dublin and took the win on the clock 43-25
In session 2 Stephanie Foley from Carlow got off to a good start against Jackie taking the win in yet another close match 43-35. Veronica got a win on the board against Savannah on the alarm 36-24
Session 3 saw Stephanie up her scoring against Savannah and take the win on the alarm 63-16, Delia would get her second win on the board against Jackie in a close encounter 49-34
In session 4 Delia kept up her winning streak against Savannah on the alarm 44-20 while Stephanie kept up her winning form against Veronica finishing 49-30 on the clock
The final session saw Jackie take the win against Veronica in a close match 45-33 and Stephanie had to dig deep against Delia to just pip her on the alarm 36-31
With the scores in it would be Stephanie who would take the win and Delia taking runner up spot.
