Christine Carr from Kildare finished the 2024-2025 RILSA Intermediate Snooker Tour at number 1. This is Christine’s 5th time at number 1 on the National Intermediate Snooker Tour since it was established in 2014. A great achievement for the Kildare woman
Christine Carr from Kildare gained back her number 1 spot on the tour for the 5th time after dropping to 12 last season. Valerie Maloney from Laois and former number 1 finished 2nd up from 3rd last season after a great season tour. Tina Keogh from Offaly swapped places with Valerie finishing 3rd from 2nd last season and a great result for her. Joanna Ward from Kildare moved up one place from 5th to 4th this season after a great season on tour.
Our youngest ever player to finish in the top 8 at 5th spot in her first season, is the ever improving Qianhui Ye from Wicklow after a great first season on tour. Jackie Trulock from Dublin remained in the top 8 just dropping down from 4th to 6th this season. Another youngster in her second season on tour, Savannah Keane from Dublin is up to 7th from 10 spot last season.
Yet again we see another youngster making the top 8 this season in Natalia Trochonowicz from Kildare making it to 8th spot in her first season on tour. This certainly makes for great success in our developments at junior level and we will see many more join the tour in the near future.
Brigid Mulvany from Dublin finished 9th place on her first season on tour a very good result for her. Delia Keane from Dublin dropped to 10th spot from 6th last season. Elizabeth Lynch from Offaly and the current National Intermediate Snooker Champion is up from 15th to 11 spot on tour. Lynda Curley from Offaly is in at 12 place in her first season on tour
Jennifer Earle from Dublin finished 13th place down from 7th last season. Veronica Hallahan from Dublin is down from 9th to 14th spot and Grushenka Arnold from Wicklow is holding 15th place from 8th last season and keeping her 16th place from last season is Jessica Beatty from Kildare
Players out of the top 16 this season are Stephanie Foley from Carlow who is at 32nd place from number 1 last season, however Stephanie will be out of the National Intermediate Snooker Tour due to her 10 Red National Snooker Championship Title win in 2024 which makes her a Amateur player going forward
Louise Maher from Kilkenny is down from 11th spot to 33rd, Megan Randle from Wicklow is down from 13th spot to 34th and Emirjeta Doda from Dublin is down from 14th place to 35th
Another youngster and our first representing Monaghan is Anna McKeown who finished 31st this season. we now have players on tour representing 21 of the 26 Counties in Ireland such is the success of our developments
