Jennifer Earle from Dublin won the 2nd National Intermediate Billiards Ranking event of the season at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge recently
In the first session of this timed round robin event Jennifer Earle from Dublin won her first match against Valerie Maloney from Laois 42-27 on the alarm. Stephanie Foley from Carlow just pipped Tina Keogh from Offaly on the alarm by 3 points to take the win 41-38
The second session saw Jennifer continue her form against Stephanie in their match finishing 55-34 on the alarm to take her second win. Valerie upped her scoring against Tina to take the win on the alarm 55-42
In the final session of the evening Stephanie scored well towards the final 10 minutes to take the win against Valerie 55-38 on the alarm and Tina just took the win against Jennifer by 1 point on the alarm 41-40 very close indeed
With the scores tallied it was Jennifer who took the title and Stephanie was the runner up.
