The first of a number of Referees Seminars in both Snooker and Billiards began recently at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge hosted by RILSA and conducted by Neil Shanahan and Shane Mason of SB Ireland Referees Association
We are delighted to see three more females and one male attend these seminars that will bring the number of female referees to 10 which is indeed unprecedented and all down to the strong relationship between both Organisations working together to build a long lasting partnership for cue sports here in Ireland
Our newest recruits in Veronica Hallahan, Jackie Trulock, Delia Keane and Martin Foley will add to the growing number of referees needed to facilitate our calendar of events along with helping out at SB Ireland events during the season ahead
We wish Veronica, Jackie, Delia and Martin the very best of luck and look forward to seeing them excel over the coming weeks as they go through their seminars
