The Republic of Ireland Ladies Snooker Association

Congratulations! You are a County winner in the National Lottery Good Causes Awards!

We are delighted that you took the time to apply in the Sport Category for the National Lottery Good Causes Awards on behalf of Republic of Ireland Ladies Snooker Association.

The sheer number of entries across the country was beyond our expectations and the judges were really impressed with your entry. Being named County Winner is a true testament to the quality of your entry and a reflection of all the good work you do.

So, what does that mean?

• County Winner Certificates: You will receive a certificate of achievement by post for winning the County stage of the Good Causes Awards and advancing in the next stage of the competition.

• National Finals: The Adjudication panel will reconvene next month to review all county winners and shortlist 35 organisations to go through to the National Finals. The 35 National finalists will be named in late June.

If you are announced as one of the 35 finalists, what happens next?

• Meet the Judges: you’ll have a short online meeting with the adjudicators on 29th, 30th or 31st August. During this online meeting, you will have the chance to make a 5 minute presentation about your organisation and the impact that you have in your community. The Adjudicators will also ask you some additional questions so they can truly get to know about your work. They will use your written application and their experience of meeting you to select the national winners.

Congratulations once again and keep up the great work … you are the epitome of what the National Lottery Good Causes is all about!

Best wishes,
Jen
