At the semi final stage of the event Tina Keogh from Offaly played good snooker against Jennifer Earle from Dublin to get the win and through to the final while on the other table Louise Maher from Kilkenny also played to form against Christine Carr from Kildare to take the win and meet Tina in the Final
The final was close all the way as both players kept up their good performance however it would go all the way to a black ball finish with Louise having a few chances to pot but it was Tina who potted the final black for match and National Intermediate Snooker Ranking 4 title of the season
Congratulations to Tina on her win and well done to Louise on her fine performance. Thanks to all the ladies for their participation and support. Thanks to Bernie, Paul and staff of Sharkx for all their support as always.
