Tina Keogh from Offaly continued her winning form from last season after winning all 4 Intermediate Billiard Ranking events in 2022, by winning the recent National Intermediate Billiards Ranking Event 1 of 2023 at the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge

In the first timed session on the evening Tina Keogh got off to a good start with a win over Stephanie Foley from Carlow finishing on 56-32 on the alarm.  Valerie Maloney from Laois struggled to get into her match against Jennifer Earle from Dublin with Jennifer taking the win on the clock 45-23

The second session saw Tina continue her winning streak finishing on the alarm 55-27 against Valerie.  Stephanie had chances in her match against Jennifer as the time ticked down with Jennifer just taking the win in a close encounter 38-31

The 3rd and final session would see Valerie up her game against Stephanie and take the win on the alarm 53-39 while Tina made it a clean sweep of wins on the evening against Jennifer in another close contest finishing on 37-31
