As part of our development plan, Female Cue Sports Ireland invited the Women’s Shed in Newbridge to join our organisation.
Dan Carroll the Chairperson of Female Cue Sports Ireland welcomed the ladies from the Women’s Shed Newbridge to the RILSA Academy Sharkx Newbridge recently
Those in attendance were given a history brief on Female Cue Sports Ireland and shown the basics in playing cue sports. Everyone really enjoyed the tour and introduction and are excited to get more involved in participating in cue sports.
We have set Wednesday afternoons for the Women’s Shed Newbridge to establish a once weekly cue sports events with tea/coffee where these ladies will be coached and in the near future they will form a weekly league. More to follow soon on events
We at Female Cue Sports Ireland are delighted to see such great interest from the Women’s Shed Newbridge in cue sports and we are delighted to have these ladies on board and look forward to seeing them on a regular basis in the weeks and months ahead
