As we move into competition over the next few months, we are optimistic that we will soon return to normal activity towards the end of February when we will hold the Kildare Open Ranking event at our Academy Sharkx Newbridge. Please check out our calendar of events on this website on a regular basis.
The season will end on 31st March 2022 and the new season commences on 1st May 2022. We are looking forward to seeing all our members back on the green baize and we wish everyone a most enjoyable return to competition in both Snooker and Billiards.
As of the 1st of May 2022 when publishing National Ranking lists we will show the County you represent, however should you have a club who is sponsoring you for events, please inform us and we will include the club also on the ranking list.
For our school and college members we will continue to show the school and county after their name on the ranking lists.
The National Amateur Ranking list for snooker will show the top 64 players at any one time during the season, however when the season has finished we will publish the top 128 on this list. The Intermediate Ranking list will show the top 32 and 64 at the end of the season. We will continue to show all players on our National Billiards rankings due to the lower numbers playing.
