
The current RILBA National U21 Billiards Champion Natalia Trochonowicz from Kildare won her 3rd National Intermediate Billiards Ranking event since she joined just over a year ago
In this round robin timed event the current National U21 Billiards Champion Natalia Trochonowicz from Kildare got proceedings off to a good start with a win over Brigid Mulvany from Dublin and Jackie Trulock the current Irish Intermediate Billiards Champion and Irish number 1 from Dublin had a comfortable win over newcomer Jess Curran from Kildare in their match in session 1
Session 2 saw Jackie increase her scoring against Natalia to take the win 76-56 on the alarm. Veronica Hallahan from Dublin got her first win against Jess in their match
Session 3 saw Natalia take the win against Jess who improved her scoring from previous matches but the match itself was a low scoring by both players who are capable of higher scoring 53 Natalia and 31 Jess on the alarm. Veronica kept up her winning streak against Brigid in their match
Session 4 Jackie kept her winning form against Brigid taking the win on the alarm and Natalia upped her scoring against Veronica to take the win on the alarm 59-34
The final session would see both matches end in low scoring with Veronica taking the win against Jackie and Jess got her first win under her belt against Brigid
With the scores tallied it would be Natalia who would take the win with 217 points and Jackie in runner up place with 191
